My Zen Story
To make a long story short, let me say that it takes 2, 3, or sometimes 10 years of diligent meditation practice, called zazen, to come to the point, where one day we give up all our stories projections, grasping for entertainment and enlightenment ; internal dialog stops, we give in, surrender the self and simply just sit there. In Zen we say that, this is it! So what happens when you just sit there? You simply are the Source from which all manifestations dance before the five senses. In Buddhism we say "emptiness is form" this used to be, and still is, my favorite "trip", perceiving emptiness through form, color, sound, taste, smell, touch and mind. But we cannot get away with just this one side of the reality, and that's why we also say "form is emptiness"--"form is exactly emptiness, emptiness exactly form". What do you think about that? It makes sense, doesn't it?
While working with the question "Who am I", I've come to experience no separation between the world of manifestation and myself. This powerful and humbling experience changed the way I see the world. It opened me to see everything as a "mandala of fluid energy." This shift in perception brought me to feng shui practice.
